Acceptance of the Terms of Use These terms of use is entered into by and between you and one or more of Geton’s experimental and developing business models, hereinafter known as the “business model” operated, guided, and managed by Geton Ecosystem. It operates through user interaction; they own authority and can so-create each new moment of ecosystem existence. They are using MetaMask and having own assets under total and sole control. Platforms and applications represent an environment where users execute their operations. Thus Geton Ecosystem cannot offer and does not offer any support to users. Yet users interact with each other by using the referral link, sharing the actual user experience on Geton Community and the so-developing ecosystem (“GetonInvestments”, “MyGetonWallet”, “GetonLedger”, “GetonSupport”, "GetonCommunity", "MetaCoinCommunity", "MetaCoinMarkets", "CryptoCode Coin", "PiplCoin", "PronCoin", "GetonCoin", "GroshCoin", "GetonGlobal", "GetonHealth", ""PiplShare", "PronWorld", "we" or "us"). These Websites are offered and available to users 18 or older. The Websites are not intended for children under 18 years of age. Accessing the Websites and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend each Website and any service or material we provide on the individual Website, at our sole discretion, without notice. We do not guarantee that our site or any content will always be available or interrupted. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Websites are unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict users' access to some parts of the Website or the entire Website.

You are responsible for the following:

  • Make all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Websites.
  • Ensuring that all persons who access the Websites through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

To access the Websites or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide specific registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Websites that all the information you provide on the Websites is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register using these Websites or otherwise, including, but not limited to, using any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take for your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

It would be best to use caution when inputting personal information into Websites on a public or shared computer so that others cannot view or record your personal information.

 

Account suspension & closure

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion:

  • refuse any account opening;
  • suspend account;
  • consolidate accounts;
  • terminate the account or one of our services if the user’s actions are deemed malicious by law;
  • suspend your account if any of your actions are a breach of any of our policies or any law;
  • be required to halt your actions if an applicable law, a court, or any other authority to which we are subject in any jurisdiction or at our discretion demands it.

 

On the other hand, you may terminate your use of our services at any time by disabling your account simultaneously. However, such account disabling may not be possible if this action is performed to evade specific legal duties or disturb a regulatory investigation.

It would be best if you withdrew any remaining assets balance before requesting to disable your account. After the disabling, it will not be possible for you to access these funds. We will restrict these withdrawals only in cases where your account has been otherwise suspended or terminated by law, or court order or the digital assets have been deemed to be obtained fraudulently.

In the case of your account’s termination or cancelation, you are still held accountable for all the past activities carried out while it was still operational.

Each suspected and discovered account violation can and probably will open for included 0x… wallet(s) an investigation and subsequently use of provisions according to this Terms of Use.

 

Account Security

Our clients must create an account within our system to use our services and provide any requested information. While doing this, the user agrees to (i) create a profound password that is not used in any other online service or webpage; (ii) provide accurate and truthful information as well as keep it updated; (iii) securely store all the vital information that concerns the safety of the account; (iv) promptly notify us if you witness or suspect any security breach regarding your account or the platform overall; and (v) take responsibility for all activities that occur in your account and accept all of the risks that were mentioned in the points above may take place.

Using the website (s), the user takes on the risks of utilizing an Internet-based cryptosystem, including, but not limited to, hardware and software sudden malfunctions and Internet connection issues. You acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any service errors, sudden failures, or technical issues that can arise while utilizing our services.

 

MetaMask – additional and mandatory security element

MetaMask is a browser extension that allows Geton's applications to interact with the Ethereum Mainnet, Binance SmartChain, and GetonLedger blockchains. It works as a cryptocurrency wallet, allowing users to store and send standard compatible tokens (ERC-20 or BEP-20 tokens).

For developers, it allows you to design and run Ethereum DApps right in your browser without running a full blockchain node (which developers had to do before Metamask was available). MetaMask talks to the blockchain for your web application.

Metamask includes a secure sign-on process, providing a user interface to manage your identities on different sites and sign blockchain transactions.

It is easy to use on almost every browser, but not all. To check, see the list of supported browsers.


Desktop and/or mobile access to Geton's websites

For security reasons, all Geton websites (platforms) are currently optimized for desktop use. The main reason is, that mobile browsers do not support the Metamsk extension, hence technically is not possible to efficiently access the website through a mobile device, even if you have the MetaMask app installed there.

GetonInvestments (GI)

Initially, geton.investments was an explanatory website introducing Geton Startup Ecosystem, preferably promoting InstantBeta projects, the DPMC model, J-Curve, and GROSH Stake. This platform was put into maintenance mode in a specific life stage of the Geton Startup Ecosystem.

From April 2022, GetonInvestments is open, representing a trading platform founded on the belief that everyone’s basic human right is to control their assets, data, and identity. The World and its Economy are off Balance. We believe the only way to change the big picture is to reintroduce the values of Trust, Transparency, Respect, and Empathy. Geton's approach through decentralization holds the key to empowering people worldwide to safeguard their rights better. We are helping the world move in this direction by accelerating the transition to adopting cryptocurrency. With GetonInvestments and TradingOrder, you will meet and utilize Trustless Trust and become your authority because the Trading Order will put You in Control of your assets, data, and identity. And GetonInvestments is also our answer to the situation.

Creating an account:

The website is optimized for desktop use, not mobile. Because safety and functionality are designed through MetaMask, you may use only browsers supporting that extension.

To create an account, you must receive a referral link invitation from an active account or use a Trading Pool sign-up invitation by choosing the option »Sign-Up«.

Further, you must enter your email address, set a safe password, and connect your account with the Ethereum wallet (0x...), which you control through MetaMask.

You will receive a verification email, where you need to click on the link or copy that link to your browser address.

  • TOKEN Trading Order ("Trading order")
    • The trader should have an adequate balance in CODE, the selling asset, and MetaCoin to pay blockchain gas and confirm the transaction in MetaMask.
    •  When creating TOKEN Trading Order, traders choose an asset (package) to trade through. 
    •  Order is positioned into the first level or Referral structure and/or Geton Investments Trading Pool. The order creation process should be confirmed with MetaMask (two (2) confirmations):
    • Order positioning fee in CODE (non-reversible) 
    •  Asset sell order – asset transfer to “Deflationary pool” (non-reversible)
    • Important! Do not leave the page or click anywhere when a process is active!
    •  Positioning order means that trading order is:
      • Distributing 66% of the order positioning fee to the referral's active trading order and 34% to the “Trading pool”;
      • Suppose the referral trader does not have an active order. In that case, they will receive a notification of missing trading income, and the system will distribute the "passed" order positioning fee to the Trading Pool. 
    • The percentages of order positioning fee distribution: 
      • 66 % to first-level referral above Trading Order creator;
      • 34 % to the Trading pool.
    • If traders with active Trading orders don’t have any trader in referred structure, they will receive just proportional trading incomes from the Trading pool.
    • Twice per day, the system distributes trading incomes from the Trading Pool to all trading orders proportionally, depending on the total value of the active trading order per trader;
    • TOKEN Trading Order values are 200, 1000, and 2000 USDT;
      • 100, 500, or 1000 USDT is the order positioning fee – returned when the order is complete;
      • 100, 500, or 1000 USDT Is the value of selling an asset (PiplCoin, PronCoin, GetonCoin, GroshCoin, EuroGrosh, LifeOnScreen, CarbCoin, CryptoBoard, AirPod Token, IHelp Token);
    • Trading order income (depending on order value) is always 200, 1000, or 2000 USDT;
    • When an order is completed, a trader needs to authorize a USDT transfer;
      • The authorization fee is 10 USDT
    • The trader can Cancel Trading orders anytime;
      • All collected trading incomes become available to use;
      • The trader gets only the amount of trading income accumulated before cancelation and does not get the remaining “possible” trading income;
    • The TOKEN Trading Order management interface has five (5) menus:
      • Create Order
        • The trader chooses an available asset to sell and a list of Trading Orders (according to the balances in their wallet) available or not available to create;
          • ​​​​​​​System check balances and TOKEN Trading Order creation eligibility;
        • The trader confirms the Trading order specification;
        • Trader confirms positioning Trading Order in Referral structure with paying order positioning fee (USDT) – (MetaMask) – stay on the page!
        • Trader confirms asset (token) sell order – (MetaMask) – stay on the page!
          • ​​​​​​​These two transactions are irreversible – funds cannot be returned.
      • Active Order
        • ​​​​​​​Specification of trader's Active TOKEN Trading Order;
        • The trader can always Cancel the active TOKEN Trading Order and have the amount of collected trading income available. Assets traded through the canceled TOKEN Trading Order are not possible to claim;
      • Income History
        • Income History with a command to Authorize a Trading Income - The authorization fee is 10 USDT. – (MetaMask) – stay on the page!

  • META Trading Order (“trading order”)
    • The trader should have an adequate balance in USDT, the Asset which is selling, and MetaCoin to pay blockchain gas and confirm the transaction in MetaMask.
    • When creating META Trading Orders, traders choose the MetaCoin package to trade through. 
    •  Order is positioned into the first level or Referral structure and/or Geton Investments Trading Pool. The order creation process should be confirmed with MetaMask (two (2) confirmations):
    • Order positioning fee in USDT (non-reversible) 
    • Asset sell order – asset transfer to “Liquidity pool” (non-reversible)
    • Important! Do not leave the page or click anywhere when a process is active!
    • Positioning order means that trading order is:
      • distributing 66% of the order positioning fee to the referral's active trading order and 34% to the “Trading pool”;
    •  Suppose the referral trader above the order creator does not have an active order. In that case, they will receive a notification of missing trading income, and the system will set that “selling” income to the Trading Pool. 
    • The percentages of spent order positioning fee distribution: 
      •  66 % to referral's trading order;
      • 34 % to the Trading pool.
    • The percentages of received order positioning fee distribution: 
      •  66 % from referred trading orders;
      •  34 % proportionally from the Trading pool.
      • If traders with active Trading orders don’t have any trader in referred structure, they will receive just proportional trading incomes from the Trading pool.
    • Twice per day system distributes trading incomes from the Trading Pool to all trading orders proportionally, depending on the total value of the active trading order per trader;
    • Meta Trading Order values are 210, 410, 810, 1610, 3210, and 6410 USDT;
      • 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, or 3200 USDT is the order positioning fee – returned when the order is complete;
      • 110, 210, 410, 810, 1610, or 3210 USDT value in selling an asset (MetaCoin);
    • Trading order income (depending on order value) is always 210, 410, 810, 1610, 3210, or 6410 USDT;
    •  When an order is completed, a trader needs to authorize a USDT transfer;
      • The authorization fee is 10 USDT
    • Trader can Cancel Trading orders anytime;
    • All collected trading incomes become available to use;
    •   The trader gets only the amount of trading income accumulated before cancelation and does not get the remaining “possible” trading income;
    • The Meta Trading Order management interface has five (5) menus:

MyGetonWallet (MGW)

MGW (MyGetonWallet) is a free web interface helping you to interact with the GetonLedger blockchain.

The website is optimized for desktop use. Safety and functionality are designed through MetaMask; you may efficiently use browsers supporting the MetaMask extension.

MyGetonWallet allows you to interact with smart contracts and so much more.

Creating a wallet account is free; using your active e-mail address and secure password and connecting your account with the MetaMask wallet is mandatory. Each account can be connected only with one MetaMask wallet. Suppose you lose access to your MetaMask wallet. In that case, you will not be able to access your account on the MyGetonWallet website – take all important measures and act according to the principles of MetaMask and cryptocurrency safe and correct use.

Asset deposits (bridge) are possible from the Ethereum mainnet (ERC-20) and Binance SmartChain (BPE-20) networks.

Asset withdrawals (bridge) are possible only to Binance SmartChain (BEP-20).

Assets GroshCoin (GROSH) and EuroGrosh (eGROSH) are not possible to withdraw (bridge).

GetonLedger is a blockchain explorer; hence also, this website is efficiently accessible through desktop or mobile devices.


GetonSupport

It is a website with a Support ticket system, Knowledge Base and FAQ. The website is dedicated to supporting users from Geton Ecosystem's websites. All information on the website is subordinated to these Terms of Use. That means if the information on geton.support website collides with information from these Terms of Use, and they prevail. The nature of the information on the website is informative and supportive.

To open a support ticket, you must be registered on the website. The Geton Ecosystem support team (users willing to offer support to others - for free) will not reply to tickets with offensive and malicious content. The average time to replay is at their earliest convenience.

The website also provides links and references to content published by third parties, including materials provided by other users, bloggers, third-party licensors, syndicators, aggregators, and/or reporting services. All statements and/or opinions expressed in these materials, and all articles and responses to questions and other content other than the content provided by us, are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials. These materials do not necessarily reflect our opinion. We are not responsible or liable to you or any third party for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by any third parties.

 

Acceptable use

When using the Website platform and its service, you undertake to act only with good fate and not violate any website policies or national or international law that defines an online legal use of service.   • Encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this section;
  • Use our services as a gateway to support illegal activities that would include, but are not exempt from, fraud; black market; money laundering; terrorist activities; etc;
  • Use any automated or manual means, such as a crawler or robot, to interfere or illegally gather data from Website services and systems and to undertake any actions towards our platform that have received our approval. You will also not attempt to access our platform in any way that is restricted to our users;
  • Intentionally, with interest to promoting the Website to attract new users by violating the Website invitation feature “Referral link” with misleading or false information about Website principles and protocols;
  • Develop any third-party applications that would illegally and without our consent use any of our services or other intellectual proprieties;
  • Intentionally provide us with misleading or false information about yourself or any other aspect we require from you. You will also not induce any other party to engage in malicious activities that would harm the service and operations of the Website.

 

Indemnification

You agree that we, our affiliates, directors, officers, or employees shall not in any circumstances be liable for any loss of profits, business, business opportunities, revenue, reputation, goodwill, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure, any loss or corruption of data or information, any loss or liability under or in relation to any other agreement, any indirect or consequential losses or any punitive, exemplary or special damages arising from or relating to any errors or failures of performing the services on the Website or mobile application by us regardless of any notice of the possibility of such damages. 

We have no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war, or legal restrictions and censorship.

We shall not be liable for any improper or incorrect understanding of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone's misunderstanding of such information.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or restricts our liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the incorrect delivery of Goods or out of reliance on incorrect information included on the Website or mobile application.

It would be best if you did not use such names, terms, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans before our written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on these Websites are the trademarks of their respective owners.

 

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Websites only for lawful purposes and by these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
