Referral link protocol

Following the whitepaper and resolution objectives, this "Referral link" protocol sets guidelines for using a referral link feature inside the GetonInvestments platform.

Geton Ecosystem operates through user interaction; they own authority and can so-create each new moment of ecosystem existence. They are using MetaMask and having own assets under total and sole control. Platforms and applications represent an environment where users execute their operations. Thus Geton Ecosystem is not able to offer and does not offer any support to users. Yet users interact with each other by using the referral link, sharing the actual user experience on Geton Community and the so-developing ecosystem

Correct understanding, following Geton's official instructions and guidelines, and sharing the truth, are vital and most important!

On the GetonInvestment platform, based on the referral link structure, each existing user (trader) can promote Geton, in the correct way!

When sending a referral link to anyone, explain to the invited person how the functionality of Trading Order is working inside the referral structure, with known advantages and limitations.

When presenting and sharing an idea, it is essential to be responsible; otherwise, consequences harm the whole community and yourself. Your first motivation must never be harmful or offensive feelings or actions; otherwise, we Geton can not and will not even respond to possible "victims" of such behavior.

For that reason, Geton doesn't have any official promotor or so-called "leader", "ambassador", CNO", etc. If anyone is presenting to you by such a title, and referring you to opening the account in the GetonInvestments Referral structure, consider that as harmful and act accordingly.

The functionality "Sign-Up" through which the global community can use the Trading Pool "referral link" represents an invitation from the "genesis" GetonInvestments Trading Pool account.

Please read the warning below in respect of the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program:

• It is illegal for Geton Ecosystem or a participant in the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program: (including Referring users) to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program.

• Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved from participation in the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program.

• Although Geton Ecosystem does not demand any payment from Referring users to participate in the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program, we inform you that it is your free and sole decision to use and participate in this program.

Introduction: 

These Referral Link Program Terms are additional terms that apply if you use the GetonInvestments Referral Link Protocol. These Referral Link Program Terms form part of your agreement with us.

Interpretation: 

In these Referral Link Program Terms, defined terms have the same meanings in the Terms of Use. In addition:

1. "Referring user" is also referred to as "you" or "your" in these Referral Link Program Terms;

2. "Referred user" means the person who joins GetonInvestments as a trader with the Referring user's unique referral link.

What is the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program? 

GetonInvestments offers a referral program by which existing users can introduce people interested in becoming traders on GetonInvestments and receive trading income from GetonInvestments traders subscribed in their referred structure, limited as described in these Referral Link Program Terms.

The rules of the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program:

1. Only users of GetonInvestments with a current user account can participate in the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program. If a user's account has been suspended or terminated by us for any reason or deleted, that user will not be eligible to participate in the GetonInvestments Referral Link Program.

2. Each user has a unique referral link (which can be accessed via the user's user account) that the user may share with others. When sharing your unique referral link, you must not impersonate GetonInvestments or give the impression that your referral link is being shared or promoted by us. You must not use Google Ads or any similar advertising platform or search engine advertising service to share or promote your unique referral link. The only website where you may share your referral link in such a way is GetonCommunity, where only content related to Geton Ecosystem is allowed to share. Upon our request, you must disclose the methods by which you share your unique referral link in the Bio/Website field of your GetonInvestments account.

3. The Referred user must click on, or enter to browser address, your unique referral link and then sign-up with GetonInvestments using the same browser they used to click on your unique referral link. If someone signs up with GetonInvestments other than by using your unique referral link, we will not link that account to your referral, and no referral trading incomes will be made to you.

4. If the Referred user sets up more than one user account, from each of them, Referring user will receive trading income according to the Order-Book structure trading income distribution.

5. GetonInvestments Referral structure is designed the way that Referring user is (TOKEN Trading Order) receiving:

   1. 66% from the Order positioning fee of the first-level referred trader;

   2. A proportional part of 34% of the Order positioning fee from the Trading Pool.

6. GetonInvestments Referral structure is designed the way that Referring user is (META Trading Order) receiving:

   1. 66% from the Order positioning fee of the first-level referred trader;

   2. A proportional part of 34% of the Order positioning fee from the Trading Pool.

7. You agree that when promoting GetonInvestments in any way as a Referring user:

   • You will not give a false impression of GetonInvestments, the services, programs, and content made available through GetonInvestments, its users, or the Terms of Use; and

   • You will not make any statements that suggest to a potential user that they will make a particular sum of money (or any money) from their different use of GetonInvestments or any statements regarding the likely number of traders.

Referral structure trading income:

How is referral trading income calculated? 

Once a Referred user has become a registered user of GetonInvestments, follow the rules of the GetonInvestments and open the Trading order.  In the program described above, the Referring user can get trading incomes from token sales based on their Trading Order.

When the Referred user doesn't have an active trading Order (and selling cryptocurrency through that order), the referral structure trading income or trading incomes from the Trading pool will not be distributed to them. Because without an active Trading Order, the user is "de facto" not selling any cryptocurrency and can not expect to receive a trading income. In such cases, Trading incomes, which would belong to them, are sent to the Trading Pool and distributed between all active Trading Orders.

3. Payout method to receive referral trading incomes. 

You will always receive referral trading income to your wallet balance and be able to withdraw assets according to the GetonInvestments protocol, first by trading income authorization and then freely withdrawing to the desired wallet on the GetonLedger or Binance SmartChain networks.

How frequently are referral trading incomes made?

All trading incomes from the referral structure are made instantly.

All proportional trading incomes from the Trading Pool are distributed to active Trading Orders twice daily.

Who bears the cost of the referral trading income transfer? 

The Geton Investments platform, not the Referred user, bears the cost of the referral trading income to the Trader's wallet.

Our rights regarding the referral program.

1. If referral trading incomes have been made incorrectly, then we have the right to recover the wrongly paid sums from the user to whom the wrongly paid sums have been paid.

2. Geton Ecosystem may request you or Referred user (or both) to provide us with ID and other information reasonably required to verify any referral trading income and the person to whom any referral trading income should be made. Failure to provide any information requested by us may lead to you losing your entitlement to referral trading incomes in respect of the relevant Referred user.

3. Geton Ecosystem may change any aspect of the GetonInvestments Referral Program (including how referral trading incomes are calculated) or discontinue the GetonInvestments Referral Program at any time. Still, no change will deprive any Referring user of referral trading incomes already earned based on trading incomes made to Referred users before the changes came into effect.

Circumstances in which we may withhold referral trading incomes:

1. We may withhold all or any part of the referral trading incomes due to you but not yet paid out:

   • If Geton Ecosystem think that you have or may have seriously or repeatedly breached any part of the Terms of Service;

   • If you attempt or threaten to breach any part of the Terms of Service in a way that has or could have severe consequences for us or another user (including actual or possible loss caused to us or another user); or

   • If Geton Ecosystem suspects that all or any part of the referral trading incomes due to your result from unlawful or fraudulent activity, either by you or by a user who uses a Trading Order product different than its purpose (to sell cryptocurrency), which resulted in the referral trading income.

for as long as necessary, investigate the actual, threatened, or suspected breach(es) by you or the suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity (as applicable). If, following our investigation, we conclude that (i) you have seriously or repeatedly breached any part of the Terms of Use; (ii) you have attempted or threatened to breach any part of the Terms of Use in a way that has or could have severe consequences for another user or us (including actual or possible loss caused to us or another user), and/or (iii) all or any part of referral trading incomes due to your result from unlawful or fraudulent activity, we may notify you that you have forfeited all or any part of your referral trading income.

1. Geton Ecosystem may also withhold all or any part of the referral trading income due to you but not yet paid out if we receive notice that you have secured, encumbered, pledged, assigned, or otherwise allowed a lien to be placed on referral trading income. We undertake no duty to pay referral trading incomes to third-party lienholders and may withhold user trading income transfers until the lien has been removed.

2. Geton Ecosystem shall not be responsible if we withhold or forfeit any trading income due to you under the GetonInvestments Referral Program, where we have a right to do so under these Referral Program Terms.

3. Suppose we withhold all or any part of the referral trading income due to you. We determine that part of the referral trading income withheld by us is unrelated to breaches by you of the Terms of Use or suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity. In that case, we may arrange for you to be paid the part of the referral trading incomes unrelated to breaches by you of the Terms of Use or suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity. However, you agree that if we consider that your breach(es) of the Terms of Use has or may cause us loss, we may withhold all referral trading income due to you but not yet paid, and we may set off such amounts against any losses suffered by us.
